Live With Miss Zara is a private, scheduled, 30-minute educational session between the booked learner and Miss Zara. There are no group rooms, no drop-in rooms and no open chat.
Each session lasts 30 minutes and starts and ends at the scheduled time in the learner's own timezone.
Bookings are made from the learner's own signed-in account. Booking details are visible only to the account holder, the responsible adult where applicable, and Miss Zara.
Meeting access is never published on a public page or included in public page data. It is only shown to the confirmed learner (and their responsible adult where appropriate) close to the lesson start time.
Meeting links must not be shared or reused.
For learners under 18, a responsible adult name, email and consent acknowledgement are required before a lesson can be booked.
For younger learners, a responsible adult should be reasonably available nearby during the session in case help is needed. The adult does not have to stay on camera for the whole lesson.
- Join from a quiet, appropriate space.
- Be respectful and kind.
- Keep the session focused on learning English.
- Do not record, photograph or share the session.
- Lessons stay educational and age-appropriate.
- Miss Zara does not contact a minor privately outside the platform's agreed contact routes.
- Concerns about a lesson are raised with the responsible adult.
- Requests for unnecessary personal information are never made.
The lesson ends at its scheduled finish time, so arriving late shortens the lesson.
The no-show rule is configurable and will be confirmed before launch.
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled within the configured window before the start time.
If a technical problem interrupts a lesson, we aim to continue, restart or reschedule the session fairly.
Live lessons are not recorded. Recording is not enabled, no recording storage exists, and lessons involving children are not recorded by default.
If recording were ever introduced, it would require a separate privacy and consent implementation before use.
If anything in a lesson feels wrong or unsafe, end the session and contact MoonFaye Academy. Reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.
