MoonFaye Live is a private, scheduled, 30-minute educational session between the booked learner and Miss Zara. There are no group rooms, no drop-in rooms and no open chat.
Each session lasts 30 minutes and starts and ends at the scheduled time in the learner's own timezone.
For a learner under 18, MoonFaye Live scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation are managed by the responsible parent or guardian account. Children and teenagers do not book their own lessons.
Adult learners aged 18+ schedule and manage their own lessons.
Booking details are visible only to the account holder, the responsible adult where applicable, and Miss Zara.
Meeting access is never published on a public page or included in public page data. It is only shown to the confirmed learner (and their responsible adult where appropriate) close to the lesson start time.
Meeting links must not be shared or reused.
For learners under 18, a responsible adult name, email and consent acknowledgement are required before a lesson can be booked.
For learners aged 5–7, a parent or guardian should be nearby and available during the lesson. You do not need to sit through the whole 30-minute lesson unless help is needed.
Please make sure the learning environment is appropriate, the technology works, the learner can safely access the lesson, and help is available if needed.
- Join from a quiet, appropriate space.
- Be respectful and kind.
- Keep the session focused on learning English.
- Do not record, photograph or share the session.
- Lessons stay educational and age-appropriate.
- Miss Zara does not contact a minor privately outside the platform's agreed contact routes.
- Concerns about a lesson are raised with the responsible adult.
- Requests for unnecessary personal information are never made.
A 10-minute grace period applies. The lesson still ends at its originally scheduled time and is not extended. If the learner does not arrive within the attendance window, the missed-lesson rules in the Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy apply.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending, gives one make-up opportunity for that lesson, to be scheduled within 30 days. No refund is given for a learner-missed lesson.
A lesson may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to available times, without using the make-up opportunity.
If a MoonFaye technical problem prevents a lesson, a standalone lesson is refunded and a bundle lesson receives a replacement lesson. If the learner's own technology prevents participation, the missed-lesson rules apply.
A lesson may be ended where conduct is threatening, abusive, sexually inappropriate, discriminatory, harassing, dangerous, intentionally disruptive or otherwise unsafe or inappropriate. Where a lesson is ended for that reason, no refund or make-up lesson is required, subject to applicable law.
Children's MoonFaye Live lessons are never recorded by MoonFaye Academy.
For adult learners, MoonFaye Live lessons are not recorded by default.
Learners, parents and guardians may not record video, audio, screen or lesson content without prior written permission from MoonFaye Academy.
If anything in a lesson feels wrong or unsafe, end the session and contact MoonFaye Academy. Reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.
Safety concerns, lesson questions and information requests can all be sent through the Contact MoonFaye Academy form. Choose the safety option so the message is prioritised.
