MoonFaye Academy is an online English-learning platform where learners (Star Seekers) practise English through lessons, stories, games, quizzes and optional private live lessons with Miss Zara.

The legal business name and registered contact details are configurable and will be published here before launch.

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide the learning service.

• Account information: email address, Star Seeker display name, chosen Learning Path, age bracket and (where provided) date of birth used only to determine the right experience and consent requirements.
• Learning and progress information: completed lessons, quiz and activity progress, stars, Moon Badges, constellations, achievements, streaks, certificates and current lesson position.
• Payment information: membership status, currency, billing frequency and purchase records. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by MoonFaye Academy.
• Live lesson booking information: chosen date, time, timezone, lesson focus and — for learners under 18 — responsible adult name, email and consent acknowledgement.
• Guardian information: guardian name, email and consent record where a learner requires guardian involvement.

• No precise location.
• No public child profiles, biographies or social feeds.
• No learner-to-learner messaging, public comments or open chat rooms.
• No unnecessary personal details simply to complete English lessons.

Where a learner is identified as under 13, enrollment pauses and asks for a parent or guardian before further personal information is collected.

A child's account is not fully activated, and premium learning access is not granted, until the required guardian notice and consent step is complete.

A learner's age is never displayed publicly, and progress is private to the account.

Guardian name and email are used to provide the required notice, record consent and to contact the guardian about live lessons, safety or account matters.

Guardian records are stored privately and are never shown in public pages or public page data.

Only cookies and storage essential to signing in, security and remembering your preferences (such as currency) are used today.

Non-essential categories stay switched off until they are genuinely implemented. See the Cookie Policy for the full category framework.

Analytics are not active in children's areas, and behavioural advertising is never used anywhere on MoonFaye Academy.

We use service providers to host the platform and to deliver specific features. A provider is only named here once it is actually connected.

Payments are not yet enabled. When a payment processor is connected it will be named here, and it will receive only the information needed to take payment.

Live lessons will run through a video conferencing provider. Until one is connected, no meeting information is created or shared, and no provider is claimed here.

• To keep progress, stars, badges and certificates attached to the right account.
• To schedule and run booked live lessons.
• To manage memberships, purchases and access.
• To provide notices and respond to guardians, learners and privacy requests.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

Learner and guardian information is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to what is needed to run the Academy.

Private data — including guardian details, consent records, purchases, bookings and meeting access — is only ever read through authenticated, authorised server-side checks and is never embedded in public pages.

Progress information is kept while the account exists so a returning Star Seeker keeps their night sky.

Records that must be kept for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the applicable period; everything else is removed when an account is deleted.

A parent or guardian may ask to see the information held about their child's account, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent.

• Access requests: ask for a copy of the information held about the account.
• Correction requests: ask for inaccurate account information to be corrected.
• Deletion requests: ask for the account and its information to be deleted.
• Withdrawing consent: consent can be withdrawn, which ends the child's access to the learning experience.

Use the Privacy & Data Request form. Requests are stored privately and handled by MoonFaye Academy. Signed-in learners and guardians can also request account deletion from the account area.

MoonFaye Academy is available to learners in many countries and prices are shown in USD or EUR. Information may be processed in the countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Each policy shows a version, effective date and last-updated date. Where a change is significant, we may ask learners or guardians to acknowledge the new version before continuing.
