Terms of Use

MoonFaye Academy is designed for learners aged 5 and above, across Ages 5–7, 8–10, 11–13, 14–17 and Adults 18+. Learners under 13 require parent or guardian involvement during enrollment.

Each Star Seeker has one account. Keep sign-in details private, and give accurate information so the right learning experience and consent requirements can be applied.

Accounts for learners under 18 include additional safeguards, and accounts for learners under 13 are not fully activated until the guardian notice and consent step is complete.

A parent or guardian who consents to a child's account is responsible for supervising their child's use of the platform, keeping contact details current, and being reasonably available around live lessons.

Membership gives access to a chosen Learning Path. Purchasing one Learning Path does not unlock the others.

Memberships are offered monthly or annually in USD or EUR. Live lessons and lesson packages are purchased separately. Payment terms are set out in the Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Live With Miss Zara sessions are private, scheduled, educational sessions. Booking, attendance, rescheduling and safety rules are set out in the Live Lesson & Child Safety Policy.

• Be respectful during live lessons.
• Do not share account access or meeting links.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell lessons or materials.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the platform.

MoonFaye Academy's original materials belong to MoonFaye Academy.

• Miss Zara character and artwork
• Faye the Moon Fairy character, artwork and expression library
• Star Seekers branding, the MoonFaye learning world and Learning Realms
• Original illustrations and graphics
• Course materials, lessons, activities, games, quizzes and worksheets
• Stories, videos, audio and certificates

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without authorisation, except where we state otherwise (for example a certificate issued to a learner).

Learners keep a personal, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for their own learning while their access is active.

Provide accurate information, keep guardian contact details up to date, and tell us promptly about any safety or account concern.

Access may be suspended or ended where these Terms are broken, where use puts a learner's safety at risk, or where required payment is not completed. Learners may close an account at any time.

MoonFaye Academy provides English-language learning and practice. It does not guarantee specific test results, grades, certifications or academic outcomes, and it is not a substitute for school or clinical or therapeutic support.

We aim to keep MoonFaye Academy available and working well, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

Lessons, realms, features and pricing may change as MoonFaye Academy grows. Where a change materially affects paid access we will give notice.

Limitation of liability wording is drafted and requires final legal review before launch; it will be published here in its reviewed form.

The governing law and dispute-resolution wording is a placeholder pending final legal review.
