A monthly membership gives access to one Learning Path for the paid month.
An annual membership covers twelve months of access to one Learning Path. The saving compared with twelve monthly payments is always calculated from the real prices shown.
Memberships are intended to renew automatically at the end of each paid period until cancelled. Renewal only begins once a payment provider is connected.
You can cancel from the Billing & Membership area at any time.
After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Progress, stars and achievements stay saved with the account.
If a renewal payment fails, the membership is marked as having a payment issue and access to premium adventures may pause until payment succeeds.
When a membership expires, premium adventures lock again while progress remains safely stored for a return.
Private 30-minute live lessons are priced per age group and purchased individually or through a lesson package.
Lesson packages provide a set number of Live Lesson Credits. Package prices are administrator-configured and are shown as coming soon until set.
One credit books one private 30-minute lesson. A credit is only deducted once a booking is confirmed.
Lessons may be rescheduled within the configured rescheduling window before the lesson start time.
Lessons end at the scheduled time, so arriving late shortens the session.
The no-show rule is configurable and will be confirmed before launch.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. The final refund rules are configurable and awaiting sign-off, so no restrictive or non-refundable terms are claimed here yet.
Where tax applies to a purchase, it is shown or included at checkout according to the applicable rules.
If promotional pricing is introduced later, the promotional price, what it applies to and how long it lasts will be shown clearly before purchase. No discounts are advertised today.
